Instructions
Please follow these instructions for the best results:
Day 1 - Day 3: Wear it for 30 minutes a day
Day 4 - Day 7: Wear it for 1 hour a day
Day 8 - Day 14: Wear it for 2 hours a day
Day 15- Day 30: Wear it for 3 hours a day
Please note:
If the discomfort is unbearable, release the buckle and start over with less tension. You DO NOT have to align the bunion fully to feel relief. Please adjust to your desired comfortability.
The above shows the recommended time of use. Feel free to increase the time of use if preferred.
Troubleshooting
Follow these tips:
1. Tighten the toe strap (the small strap) as tight as possible before turning the dial. You can do this by holding the plate down with one hand while tightening the strap with another. (Try not leave any free space).
2. Make sure to follow step 2 (pushing the flexible plate inwards) before putting it on. We've attached the instruction manual again for reference.
3. Make sure to turn the dial while your foot is on the ground. When you turn the dial, the hinge might start to spin. Follow tip 3 to prevent this.
4. Firmly push the flexible plate down towards the ground with one hand and turn the dial with another. This will ensure the hinge doesn't rotate upwards and take away the effectiveness of the corrector.
